MY NAME IS KIM PEAYS I MADE THIS RESERVATION FOR MY FIANCE AS HE WAS TRAVELING THRU TEXAS...ID LIKE TO EXPRESS MY SINCERE GRATITUDE TO STAFF MEMBER DORIAN MILLER I BOOKED THRU A THIRD PARTY WHOM WAS NOT!!AT ALL ACCOMADATEN NOR INFORMATIONAL OF MY METHOD OF PAYMENT THE STAFF DORIAN GUIDED N WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL VERY KNOWLEDGABLE OF HIS JOB HE WENT AS FAR TO STAY PASS HIS WORK HOUR TO ACCOMADATEN MAKEN SURE I WAS SATISFIED HE DEMOSTRATED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECOMEND A RAISE FOR THIS GENTLEMAN I WILL RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY N EVERYONE AS LONG AS DORIAN APART OF UR STAFF HOPEFULLY HES A TRAINER HOPEFULLY THERES OTHERS THAT R AS EXCELLENT AS HE WAS THANKU COMFORT SUITES HAVEN SUCH A GREAT EMPLOYEE MY FIANCE MR HINES ALSO AGREE HE LOVED THE HOSPITALITY N HIS STAY THERE THANKU AGAIN

The staff was great especially Faith she made our stay there very comfortable and made accommodation for our family as we were in the area for a funeral. Great atmosphere and cozy lobby area to just sit and visit. The hot breakfast was good and filling. It's a good location right off of the highway and close to restaurants, stores, gas, etc.

The staff, The sweet and very helpful lady that checked me in. I didn't get her name but she was absolutely awesome from the time I walked in and checked in. It's not that often I get treated like this at hotels but she made me and my children feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing this hotel. She was a black older woman with excellent customer service skills!! From my family to you we would like to say THANK YOU!! 😊

We traveled in for a funeral and this location was great because it wasn't far from the church. Being right off of the highway was good as well. The lobby was clean and a cozy place to sit and visit. The breakfast was pretty good and filling. The staff was great especially Faith she went above and beyond to accommodate our family and we are very appreciative for that.

Everything, It smell so good when you wake in The staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good, we rested so good. The room was very clean and fresh. I just love, loved staying here. I love the Location, very quiet. Also the Parking was good too. I rate everything a10 plus. We will be back for sure.🥰♥️

There was no bacon at the buffet by the time we get there. (We can see traces that bacon did exist) All the fruit and cereal bars was also gone and we got down fairly early. We were told that bacon is not served on Sunday, only sausage.

The breakfast was ok. We stayed for 4 nights and they offered the same things everyday. They should change it up every other day or so. Also, the night manager when I checked in, Andy, was very nice and helpful.
